Telesales Executive - Roofing & Roughcasting Enquiry Follow-Ups
Based in Scotland | Full-Time, 35 Hours per Week | 13 per hour + Performance Bonuses
B-Spoke Group is a trusted name in roofing and roughcasting across Scotland. We're expanding fast and are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
The Role:
You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers who've responded to our social media advertising.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Calling and qualifying warm enquiries from Facebook and other online campaigns
Confirming customer details and booking home visits or quotations
Updating and managing leads through our CRM system
Providing a friendly, professional first impression of B-Spoke Group
What We're Looking For:
Confident and clear phone manner
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
What You'll Get:
