The Opportunity
We're hiring a driven
Telesales Specialist
to contact existing customers and warm prospects to
extend or upgrade their car warranty
. You'll own the full outbound cycle--engaging, handling objections, and closing--supported by clear targets, quality leads, and a sales leader who coaches for results.
What you'll do
Make high-volume
outbound calls
to existing customers and warm leads; run follow-ups by phone and email.
Quickly
discover needs
and match customers to the right warranty product and term.
Handle objections
confidently and close with integrity.
Exceed targets
across daily activity, conversion rate, and revenue per deal.
Maintain accurate notes
and pipeline in the CRM; schedule timely call-backs.
Share customer feedback and competitor insight to help refine offers and scripts.
What you'll bring
Proven success in
outbound/cold-call sales
(contact centre, telesales, or similar).
Persuasive communicator
who builds rapport fast and keeps conversations on track.
Resilient and target-driven
with a competitive edge and coachable mindset.
Comfortable working to
high activity
(dials, talk time) while protecting call quality.
Good basic
CRM hygiene
and written follow-up skills.
