Currently recruiting for a Telesales Team Leader on a permanent basis to join our growing client based in Chester.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a confident, driven, and passionate individual that can demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire a team of telesales agents. Working effectively as part of a team with the ability to motivate and guide the team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask and be focused and goal orientated.

You will be supported all the way, from initial training to regular coaching and mentoring sessions, helping you reach your potential. The role will be to coach, support and lead a team of outbound telesales agents in conjunction with the Sales Manager whilst delivering your own appointment target. Working closely with Senior Sales, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a great team; setting appointments, closing deals, and earning great commission.

This is a key position in the company growth plan, a crucial role in the business with rapid growth plans and is poised to grow at an incredible rate.

Package:

\xc2\xa324,000 - \xc2\xa329,000 depending on experience, Uncapped commission (OTE \xc2\xa350,000), a percentage of commission based on your teams performance as well as your own

20 days holidays plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday, 8:45am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm (half day on Friday for hitting weekly target)
