Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of telesales consultants to achieve and exceed monthly revenue and KPI targets.
Drive
new customer acquisition
through proactive contact strategies.
Support consultants in
account management
, ensuring existing clients receive world-class service and maximising upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Deliver structured coaching, call listening, and regular 1:1s to improve skills, confidence, and results.
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, celebrate success, and address areas for improvement.
Create a positive, high-energy team culture that values collaboration, development, and achievement.
Ensure compliance and call quality standards are consistently met to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What we're looking for
Proven success as a high-performing Sales Consultant or Sales Manager, ideally in a telesales or B2B environment.
Strong background in
new business development
and account management.
Experience managing and motivating remote or office-based sales teams.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills with high levels of emotional intelligence.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions that drive performance.
