We are excited to be recruiting an experienced and highly motivated
Telesales Executive
with an appetite for success to join our sales team based near Waterlooville, Hampshire.
We have been a market leader for over 16 years in the UK Food Industry and have recently become a part of a multi billion pound organisation.
The role:
Making volume outbound B2B calls
Having a consultative sales approach, understanding a customer's needs and requirements
Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients
Achieving targets both individually and as part of a team
Essential requirements
:
Proven experience in sales - preferred but not essential
Experience in an outbound cold calling environment
Excellent questioning, qualification and closing techniques
Have a professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative
Must be a motivated individual, enthusiastic and resilient character
Computer literate
Full UK driving License

Uncapped commission structure, first year realistic OTE of 50k+
