The Role
We are seeking a proactive and confident Telesales/Admin Assistant to join our Cheltenham-based office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound telesales calls to prospective clients
Handling inbound enquiries
General office administration
Managing company social media accounts
Diary management and scheduling
Updating and maintaining the company news page
What We're Looking For:
Previous office administration and telephone experience (preferred)
Social media savvy with a creative approach
Outgoing, confident, and professional personality
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
What We Offer:
