Central Waste is a family run waste management company, that serves the North West for waste collections, and who are currently looking for a sales and customer services motivated individual, who has excellent telephone skills.
Responsibilities
Contacting existing customers by telephone and relationship building to upsell services and make a sale.
Processing and coordinating customer queries
Preparing customer quotations and contracts
Follow up all sales and customer queries as required
Requirements
Proven experience of at least 12 months, in a telesales role and customer relations.
Fully conversant with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Proficiency in using a CRM software is advantageous.
Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sales skills are desirable, demonstrating an ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
