Telesales/warehouse Picker + Packer
Job Description
Oakhouse Foods are a local business delivering frozen meals and groceries to predominantly elderly customers throughout West/North Yorkshire and parts of Lancashire. We are looking for a friendly, hard-working individual to join our small team. As in any small business, flexibility is the key.
We are looking for someone to work in our offices in the morning, answering calls and making reminder calls to our existing customers and placing their orders for them. In the afternoon you will then be picking and packing orders ready for delivery the following day.
This job role is part time, we would require you to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
We do work all Bank Holidays.
Requirements:
Excellent Customer Care Skills
Confident with using a computer (full training will be provided on our software system)
DBS Check (we will carry this out for the successful applicant)
All staff must have a clean and tidy appearance
Good Level of Fitness is essential as there is a constant element of lifting and carrying (although not heavy).
