to join a friendly team of three chefs at a private hospital in Shepton Mallet. This is a temporary position with an immediate start.
Role Overview:
You will work across various sections in the kitchen, supporting the team to deliver high-quality meals for patients and staff. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain excellent standards in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and cooking across multiple sections.
Ensure all dishes meet quality and dietary requirements.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with hospital regulations.
Work collaboratively with the existing team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience at Chef de Partie level or similar.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability.
