About the Role

Previous experience is not required but is preferred. A willingness to learn, enthusiasm for developing new skills, and an interest in dental or healthcare settings are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across various departments Handling inbound and outbound customer calls. Manage customer queries via Zendesk, email, and phone, including complaint resolution Learn and use CRM systems and tools Develop strong communication and service handling skills Work collaboratively with a supportive and dynamic team Learn about and use 3D printers
