Temp to Perm Logistics Coordinator
Location: Godalming (Must Drive - No Public Transport Access)
Fully on site
Salary 13 - 14 an hour / 25,000 - 26,000 annual
Hours: Monday -Friday 9am- 6pm (flexible start times) (x1 Saturday required per month)

We're on the lookout for a Transport Administrator to join our clients busy operations team in Godalming. You will play a key role in keeping the fleet running smoothly and ensuring their customers receive top-notch service every time!
What You'll Be Doing?
- Communicating clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and partners
- Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics
- Managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience in customer service or admin roles (logistics experience is a bonus - but not essential!)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
