Warehouse Associate

Healthy Bean Ltd is a leading provider of Workwear, Footwear, PPE and Hygiene in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will involve warehouse duties, stock-checking and customer-facing responsibilities, providing an opportunity for individuals with a passion for logistics, customer service, and a desire for independent working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Operations:

Efficiently receiving, storing, and shipping products. Picking and packing orders accurately. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Managing stock rotation with forklift driving

Inventory Management

:

Conducting regular inventory checks. Updating inventory records accurately. Identifying and resolving discrepancies.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid UK driving licence (Category B). Strong organizational and time management skills. 1-2 years of prior warehousing experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness to handle warehouse duties. Forklift license is a must Positive team player attitude

WHATS ON OFFER

Salary: c.26,000 - c.28,000 Commission / Discretionary bonuses dependent on performance (10% of salary based on KPIs). Uniform and all PPE. Based in Harlow, Essex. On-site parking. Discount across all products.
