As the main point of contact for the Temporary Accommodation Pathway (TAP), you will allocate supported accommodation to single homeless households across Swansea. Working closely with supported accommodation providers, partner agencies, and internal teams, you will ensure effective placements by understanding each person's needs and matching them to suitable vacancies.
You will also play a pivotal role in helping households move on to permanent housing when they are ready. This role is key to preventing homelessness, reducing evictions, and improving outcomes for those in need.
