About the Role


We are seeking a Temporary Accounts & Admin Co-Ordinator to join our team while our full-time Accounts & Admin Co-Ordinator is off sick. This position will be reviewed on a monthly basis as we monitor Trudy's health. This is a key role within the business, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth administrative operations to support decision making by the directors.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update accounts using Sage Business Accounting software. Enter purchase and sales invoices promptly and ensure jobs are invoiced within the correct month. Reconcile bank accounts monthly and manage live bank feed records. Produce monthly reports for directors and compile lists of missing invoices/receipts. Manage credit control, including sending statements and chasing overdue payments. Process weekly timesheets and liaise with accountants for payroll (PAYE system). Complete monthly journal entries for PAYE/NI on Sage. Handle customer and supplier account registrations. Track key dates (insurance renewals, MOTs, etc.) and supervise admin assistants. Answer phones and assist with enquiries when needed. Attend meetings and compile reports as required.

What We're Looking For



Ideally AAT qualified or equivalent experience. Experience with Sage Business Accounting software. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage credit control and produce accurate reports. Good communication skills and ability to supervise others. Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
