CALLING ALL ANIMAL CARE ASSISTANTS AND RECEPTIONISTS!
We have an opportunity for a passionate individual to step into a vibrant, young, independent practice and make a big impact straight away in a mixed animal care assistant and receptionist role.
We opened in 2022 and things have been going so well that we've already had to expand our practice! We're proud of our shiny new facilities and the connection we've made with our community.
Our North Star group of three independent practices are small but we have a real wealth of knowledge within the team. That means we have a great foundation to help our team to build from, but with lots of opportunity for people with the right ethos and values to come in and make a real impact.
We're looking for an ACA to join our team for approximately 12 months, splitting time between working on reception and behind the scenes.
You'll have the opportunity to make a difference and feed into our growing culture while working flexible hours in a friendly team giving a great service to clients.
We're building a practice that is centred around what works for people. We pride ourselves on recognising that the definition of support can be very different depending on a person's situation, and we do everything we can to show flexibility in how we provide it.
That means members of our Westbrook team work four days out of five with a dedicated day off every week, and we outsource our emergency and out of hours work to protect our team's work-life balance.
The relationships we build with our clients are very natural - and the reason for that is we care so much, and what we do is authentic. And you can see from our Google reviews that this isn't just talk. We're really making an impact. Check them out here:
You can read more on the ethos behind what we do straight from the mouth of our practice director, Dr Rhys Peters, here: https://www.northstarvets.co.uk/careers/case-studies/careers-with-north-star-vets-the-exciting-challenge-of-being-one-of-our-practice-directors
