Job Description

Job Title: Care Assistant

Duties:
- Provide assistance and support to individuals with daily living activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and dental hygiene
- Help with basic meal preparation.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry

Skills:
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Patience and empathy when dealing with individuals with disabilities or health conditions

This is a temporary role for no less than 12 months to cover maternity leave. Full training and ongoing support given. Under 18's are welcome to apply but you will have to enrol on an apprenticeship programme or we cannot consider employment.

Please note that a background check and reference checks will be conducted for all applicants. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
