Mindful LIving Co is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team!

We are looking for a Temporary Retail Sales Associate to join our team for Christmas in Trafford Centre from 10th November 2025 Until Mid January 2026.

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for selling products in a high volume retail store starting the 8th November 2025. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a love of helping others.

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing) Answer customers' questions about specific products/services and provide information about other related products or services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Ensure racks are fully stocked and maintain store cleanliness standards Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the Management team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Ensure stand is kept clean and tidy with well presented product display at all times. Manage daily cashing up & report all takings on time
Kiosk is open 7 days a week. Shifts range/split between 10.00am - 10.00pm Monday to Saturday, 12pm - 6pm Sunday (late nights and additional hours over peak Christmas trading period) Applicant will need to be able to work shift patterns between these hours, weekdays and weekends and available to work up to Mid January.

Experience/Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience required.

Pay: 8.00-12.50 per hour
