Duties
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till point.
Support inventory management by receiving, unpacking, and arranging merchandise as needed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Participate in promotional activities and assist with seasonal displays to attract customers.
Experience
Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required during peak periods.
