- Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining an impeccably organised calendar
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services with precision
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the office management team in various capacities
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
