Job Description
Grafton Banks Finance are actively recruiting for awell-established and highly respected business, to recruit a Temporary Credit Controller to join their finance team for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit control professional who is available at short notice and looking to join a friendly, supportive team to help clear a backlog of credit control duties and administrative tasks.
Duties may include:
- Chasing outstanding payments by phone, email, and written correspondence
- Managing and reducing a backlog of aged debt
- Reconciling customer accounts and investigating invoice/payment queries
- Processing credit notes, refunds, and account adjustments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Managing payment queries
- Supporting with reporting and general credit control administration
- Immediately available, able to start at short notice.
- Ability to commute to offices on a daily basis (full-time in office)
- Strong Excel and finance system skills
