This is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join a thriving industrial/manufacturing environment in Hazel Grove. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and supporting clients with their needs efficiently and effectively.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Process orders and maintain accurate records within the company's system.
Provide solutions to customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Monitor customer accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively.
Support administrative tasks related to the customer service department.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

2 /3 month temporary role with possibility of being made permWeekly pay & immediate start
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a customer service role.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
