Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer service advisor to join our team over the busy summer period until the end of September.
Your main duties will include:
Answering incoming calls from customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and re-directing calls from suppliers, schools or universities
Responding to emails from customers
Providing updates to customers relating to orders or deliveries

Works well in a fast paced environment
Remains calm and focussed with internal and external customers
Not afraid to ask for help
What do you need?
Track record of providing excellent customer service over the phone
