Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to assist in delivering exceptional service to customers in the Not For Profit sector. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can efficiently handle enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information on services and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
  • Identify and escalate complex queries to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the customer service team.
  • Contribute to improving processes by providing feedback on recurring customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adept at problem-solving and handling queries with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and customer management systems.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
