We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated, small office team during the busy Christmas period.

Role Overview:
As a Temporary Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, live chat, and social media platforms (eBay, Facebook, Amazon).
Assisting with returns processing and ensuring all orders are accurately inputted into the system.
Communicating effectively with suppliers to manage stock and customer expectations.
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements:
Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to provide clear, helpful, and professional responses in all forms of communication.
IT Proficiency:
Comfortable using email, live chat platforms, and software such as Excel and Word.
Customer-Centric Attitude:
A passion for resolving customer queries and ensuring satisfaction.
Weekend Availability:
Must be available to work on weekends, with time off offered during the week to compensate.
