Temporary Finance Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a short-term temporary finance assistant to support with scanning and organising archived documents onto our client's system, due to an office move.
The role will involve working through a large number of archive storage, scanning, categorising, and ensuring files are stored correctly within a finance team, in a busy education provider in Selby.
Details:

  • Location: Selby (free parking on site)
  • Duration: Approx. 4-6 weeks (must be able to commit to the whole project)
  • Hours: Monday - Wednesday, negotiable hours working 10-12 hours per week. (idea to work 10.00am-14.00pm)
  • Pay: 14.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Using your finance knowledge to organise files and data within a finance team
  • Categorising files and storing them correctly
  • Assist the management accountant and finance manager with any ad hoc duties
Experience:
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable and able to commit to the duration of the role
