Location: All Roads Lead to Whithorn - New Town Hall, Bunkhouse & Gym, Whithorn, Dumfries and Galloway

Are you passionate about community spaces and hospitality? All Roads Lead to Whithorn charity is seeking a dedicated Temporary Hall and Bunkhouse Coordinator to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our New Town Hall, bunkhouse, and gym facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community hub that serves locals and visitors alike.

About the Role:


As the Temporary Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing bookings, guest services, and the smooth running of the 18-bed bunkhouse, the flexible New Town Hall meeting spaces, and the fully accessible gym. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinate with local suppliers and stakeholders to meet community needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage bookings and guest arrivals/departures for the bunkhouse, including groups, families, and individual travelers. Coordinate the use of the New Town Hall's meeting rooms, catering kitchen, and event spaces. Oversee the gym facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and welcoming. Maintain the upkeep of the buildings and liaise with maintenance teams as needed. Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for guests and community users. Support the charity's mission by promoting sustainable tourism and local engagement. Manage bike storage, repair station, and e-bike charging facilities associated with the hub. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and accessibility standards.

About You:



Experience in hospitality, accommodation management, or community facility coordination. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable managing bookings and basic administrative tasks. Knowledge of health and safety and accessibility requirements is desirable. An interest in community development and sustainable tourism is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: 12.60-13.50 per hour
