The Role
We're looking for a reliable and passionate
Temporary Chef
to join our team for approximately 6-8 weeks during the autumn season. You'll be responsible for preparing breakfast and evening meals, supporting small functions, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals for hotel guests, including breakfast and evening service
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Ensure stock levels are managed efficiently
Assist with planning menus and supporting small events or private functions
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a memorable guest experience
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations
Good time management and flexibility to meet varied demands
