Job Description

We are delighted to be assisting our client with a temporary HR Administrator. This role is working Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) and is to start 4th October until 23rd December 2021 (possibility of extending but no guarantees at this moment. This role will be supporting the Human Resources department in the provision of a administrator. This role will be perfect for someone wanting to progress their HR career or an experienced Administrator.
Key Responsibilities

  • Administrational support to the wider HR team
  • Support and participate in the HR yearly objectives/ projects
  • Managing the recruitment inbox with the support of the Recruitment and HR Advisor
  • Supporting the Recruitment and HR Advisor throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • To manage the probation process and liaise with line managers throughout this
  • Collating data for the monthly Newsletter and monthly diary management
  • To provide support to the Payroll and HR Advisor with the offboarding process
  • To support with the invoicing processes and query where necessary
Based in central Bristol this role will be working 3 days from home and 2 days from the office. Paying c13 depending on experience.Job Type: TemporarySalary: 11.00-13.00 per hourSchedule:
