HR Advisor - Temporary Ongoing Role (Bradford)
Hours: Full-time, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Term Time Only Location: Bradford Start: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy school environment in Bradford on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong HR knowledge and excellent organisational skills to make an impact in an educational setting.
Requirements: * Proven experience working in HR

CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above)
Ideally experience within a school or education sector (not essential)
Ability to work full-time during term time (8am - 4pm)

Key Responsibilities: * Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures

Manage recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding
Support with employee relations cases such as absence management and disciplinary matters
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements
Assist with payroll queries and liaise with external providers where necessary
Contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives and workforce planning

What We're Looking For: A proactive and professional individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR best practice.
