We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support and computer skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of implementing a new Governance Software
Duties
Assist with the setup, configuration, and rollout of new governance software.
Upload data and information
Provide technical support and guidance to staff during implementation.
Work with the management team to ensure smooth integration into existing systems.
Troubleshoot issues and liaise with software providers where required.
Support training and provide clear guidance documents for staff.
Strong IT skills with proven ability to learn and implement new software quickly.
Previous experience in software rollout, IT support, or system administration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical processes clearly to non-technical colleagues.
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of information governance and data security.
Requirements
Proficiency in IT, including experience with desktops and software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Reading and literacy skills.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
