Kitchen & Bathroom Sales and Design Consultant

The Role:
As a Kitchen & Bathroom Sales and Design Consultant, you'll be the key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the entire process from initial consultation to final design. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales & Consultation:
Providing expert advice and guidance on kitchen and bathroom design, materials, and appliances.
Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Generating and qualifying leads and driving sales to achieve targets.
Preparing accurate and detailed quotations.
Effectively closing sales and managing the sales process.
Design & Planning:
Creating innovative and functional kitchen and bathroom designs using CAD software.
Producing detailed plans and 3D visualisations to help clients visualise their dream spaces.
Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and products.
Customer Service:
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire project.
Addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Liaising with installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
About You:
Proven experience in sales, within the kitchen and bathroom industry or a similar design-led retail environment.
A strong passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CAD software for design purposes.
A strong sales acumen and a drive to achieve targets.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Full Driving Licence.
Ability to work weekends on a rota basis.

This role is for an experience Kitchen and Bathroom Design and Sales Consultant to cover Maternity leave. The role would be starting as soon as possible on a 6 month minimum contract to start with. The contract could be extended up to 12 months.

Pay: 12.50-13.75 per hour
