We are seeking a temporary, dedicated and professional Laser and Skin Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert skincare and Laser treatments, personalised advice, and exceptional customer service to our clients. Ideal candidate will have min Level 3 NVQ or equivalent. Experience with Lynton LuminaQ and Initia Lasers. The Therapist will be responsible for delivering tailored treatments, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring clients feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
Perform Consultations for Laser Hair removal and Skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products to clients
Deliver a range of AlumierMD skincare treatments, including facials, Peels and specialised therapies
Maintain a clean, organised treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering professional advice
Keep detailed records of treatments administered and client preferences
Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to enhance service quality
Assist in promoting retail products to optimise client satisfaction and business growth
Skills
Proven experience in Laser Hair removal and Skin treatments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
