The Faculty of Arts and Continuing Education is looking for dedicated Maths Lecturer with solid experience teaching National 4, National 5 and Higher Maths. The role involves assessing student progress regularly, differentiating instruction to support a range of abilities, and preparing learners for both internal assessments and external qualification, to a diverse range of students within the School of General Education.
The post holder will work closely with the Curriculum Manager to provide high quality learning and assessment opportunities that will enhance learning and teaching with a strong learner focus. Educated to Degree level with significant experience in the sector, you will prepare and deliver teaching materials and work with others to develop new approaches to teaching, making optimum use of learning technologies.
The successful candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, work to their own initiative and relate well to student groups. You will support excellence in learning through the preparation and delivery of high quality learning, teaching and assessment materials. Candidates must be qualified in the chosen subject area and previous teaching or training experience will be considered advantageous.

41,833 - 50,359 per annum (pro rata)
