Job Overview:
We are hiring a
UK-based Legal Consultant
for a temporary project focused onregistering a new company
in the United Kingdom. The role requires deep familiarity withUK Companies House
procedures and legal frameworks for startups.Responsibilities:
Advise on appropriate UK legal structure (Ltd, LLP, etc.) Handle registration with Companies House Draft corporate formation documents (MOA, AOA, etc.) Ensure legal compliance with UK corporate law Liaise with internal stakeholders remotely
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor or legal firm registered in the UK 3+ years of experience in UK corporate law Strong written and verbal English skills Proven track record in company registration Immediate availability preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: 60.00-100.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
