? Temporary Legal Secretary / PA - Join a Supportive Legal Team! ?
Are you a confident Legal Secretary or Personal Assistant with a background in the legal sector? Ready to bring your skills to a welcoming, down-to-earth team? This is your chance to step into a fantastic ongoing temporary role with a highly respected firm based in Morley, Leeds.
? Position: Temporary Legal Secretary / PA
? Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour + Holiday Pay + Exclusive Office Angels Benefits
? Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
? Start Date: Monday 8th September (or ASAP!)
? Location: Leeds LS27 - Free parking & easily accessible
?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Typing letters and file notes (audio typing is a plus!)

• Organising and maintaining files

• Drafting Wills from dictation

• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney from provided details

• Supporting reception when needed

• Providing general administrative support to solicitors

? What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a solicitor's office

• Strong secretarial or PA background

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)

• Bonus: Experience in Private Client work (not essential)
