Temporary Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

As a Temporary Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's 3PL operations.

  • Support the end-to-end returns process including refund, replacements and repairs.
  • Help maintain accurate records of returned items, refunds and replacement, ensuring proper documentation throughout the entire process.
  • Work with suppliers on the return of stock, repairs, and credits to ensure the needs of the customer are met, collaborating to resolve any issues relating to returns promptly.
  • Assist as a point of contact and help build strong relationships with the 3PL warehouse
  • Support monitoring of the 3PL's performance to ensure contractual obligations are met concerning receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping accuracy.
  • Help with site visits to the 3PL warehouse to review returns locations and ensure damaged stock returns are managed efficiently.
Candidates must be immediately available for workCompetitive hourly rate
  • Relevant experience in a customer facing logistics role
  • ERP experience, ideally Business Central/D365
  • Highly organised and detail oriented person
  • Full understanding of order returns processes
