As a Temporary Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's 3PL operations.
Support the end-to-end returns process including refund, replacements and repairs.
Help maintain accurate records of returned items, refunds and replacement, ensuring proper documentation throughout the entire process.
Work with suppliers on the return of stock, repairs, and credits to ensure the needs of the customer are met, collaborating to resolve any issues relating to returns promptly.
Assist as a point of contact and help build strong relationships with the 3PL warehouse
Support monitoring of the 3PL's performance to ensure contractual obligations are met concerning receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping accuracy.
Help with site visits to the 3PL warehouse to review returns locations and ensure damaged stock returns are managed efficiently.

Relevant experience in a customer facing logistics role
ERP experience, ideally Business Central/D365
Highly organised and detail oriented person
Full understanding of order returns processes
