Temporary Logistics Coordinator

Job Description
As a Temporary Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's 3PL operations.
- Support the end-to-end returns process including refund, replacements and repairs.
- Help maintain accurate records of returned items, refunds and replacement, ensuring proper documentation throughout the entire process.
- Work with suppliers on the return of stock, repairs, and credits to ensure the needs of the customer are met, collaborating to resolve any issues relating to returns promptly.
- Assist as a point of contact and help build strong relationships with the 3PL warehouse
- Support monitoring of the 3PL's performance to ensure contractual obligations are met concerning receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping accuracy.
- Help with site visits to the 3PL warehouse to review returns locations and ensure damaged stock returns are managed efficiently.
- Relevant experience in a customer facing logistics role
- ERP experience, ideally Business Central/D365
- Highly organised and detail oriented person
- Full understanding of order returns processes
- Competitive hourly pay rate
- Home based role, one day a fortnight spent at our client's 3PL Warehouse location
