Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manual Assembly workers to join our team manufacturing marquees and temporary structures at our factory in Alresford, Hampshire.. The ideal candidates will have experience in a factory or manufacturing facility and possess a strong practical ability. As a Manual Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and products using hand tools and power tools, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and specifications.

The work will be primarily based in our metal workshops and will involve operating CNC machines, high speed cutting saws, and assembling parts. Candidates will need to be flexible and adapt quickly to the needs of the business. Candidates must supply their own safety boots. All other PPE will be provided, along with training.

Responsibilities

Assemble products according to specifications ensuring accuracy and quality. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred. Strong practical ability. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Pay:

12.21 - 13 per hour. This mare vary dependent on age and experience.
