We're looking for a confident, organised
Temporary Admin Assistant
to support our branch during a short-term period. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent customer service and scheduling skills.
What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding promptly and professionally.
Manage cleaning schedules, including arranging cover for emergencies, illnesses, and holiday absences.
Support staff and client communications, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Prioritise multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
Confident communicator with strong phone and email etiquette.
Experienced in scheduling/rota management, preferably in a service environment.
Must be able to start at 8:30am Monday-Friday.
Highly organised and able to handle urgent issues calmly.
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, email, scheduling software).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative work.
Reliable, punctual, and ready to start immediately.
