Temporary Part Time Vacancy required for The Range in Peverell, Plymouth.

We are looking for candidates that are available to start immediately.

This position will be to help with the exciting developments happening within the store.

This will be for a minimum of 20 hrs per week, with the potential for overtime.

You will be required to work a variety of shifts, working 5 days out of 7.

Must be fully flexible in regards to working hours and availability.

There may be a possibility of permanent employment at the end of this temporary contract.

Job Title:

RETAIL ASSISTANT

Purpose:

To work as part of a store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

To contribute to achieving store profit targets by maintaining good stock levels, proactive selling and excellent visual merchandising.

Accountabilities:

To serve customers as a priority, showing high standards of customer care at all times. To sell and promote retail products in an efficient and friendly manner To handle cash and use the EPoS till system, including handling of credit card, debit card and cheque payments. To replenish stock and displays as directed. To merchandise and display products appropriately. Ensuring products have the correct pricing and security tags attached To process customer orders accurately and efficiently, in accordance with store operating procedures To answer customer enquiries and deal with complaints in line with company procedures To assist the Store Management Team with the preparation and counting of stock at all stock takes in accordance with Store requirements and procedures To keep all work areas clean & tidy To adhere to all Company health & safety procedures. You have a responsibility to work safely at all times and to report any potential hazards, faults or problems to your Line Manager or the Store Duty Manager To ensure your punctuality, attendance and personal appearance meet company standards To carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the post
