We are seeking a friendly and professional Reception/ Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role primarily involves answering incoming telephone calls, managing new enquiries efficiently, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience. This is a temporary role for a 8-12 weeks . Permanent position may be available at the end of the contract .
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally
Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival
Handle new client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and accurate information
Schedule appointments and arrange recoveries of vehicle
Record and forward messages and enquiries accurately
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and client service
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist, client liaison, or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional telephone manner
