Key Responsibilities :
Communication with stakeholders through email, telephone and in person.
Working in the reception office.
Deal with enquiries as appropriate.
Maintaining administration systems including bookings system.
Other general office duties as required.
Skills and attributes required:
Good knowledge of working in an office and with administration systems.
Proficient in computer software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work alone, on own initiative, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly and with courtesy face to face and over the telephone.
Requirements
Reliable commute to Waterlooville (PO7 7AY).
Experience in a customer-facing role.
