Temporary, Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

for our

Flagship store on Boucher Crescent, Belfast.

The Role:

We are hiring an

8h Temporary Retail Sales Associate

to help connect our customers with their perfect rug. We want to hear from you if you enjoy coming to work to have fun, love providing excellent customer service and have a passion for all things interiors.

What you'll be doing at Kukoon:

Be a welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable face in-store, sharing genuine interior advice that inspires our customers. Providing the best customer service and interior product knowledge. This can be in person, over the phone or via email. Keep our store looking its best with visual displays that showcase the Kukoon brand and help customers imagine their dream spaces. Support smooth operations by following policies and keeping inventory accurate and up to date. Working with a great team to smash sales targets, increase customer footfall and create memorable experiences. Opening and closing of the store (key holders must be over 18).

Some customer service experience under your belt - maybe in retail, maybe elsewhere - but definitely with real people, face-to-face or online. A genuine interest in fashion, homewares and trends - after all that's what we do best! Selling rugs can be so rewarding. Curiosity and drive to continually improve processes and customer experiences. Our customers mean the world to us, and we never stop looking for ways to wow them. Comfort with basic systems like inventory or point of sale tills - nothing too fancy, just enough to keep things ticking. A positive, can-do attitude. You take pride in what you do, and you bring energy that lifts the people around you.

This role requires flexibility across the week including weekends.

Store opening hours are:

Monday - Saturday: 09:30 - 17:30

Sunday: 13:00 - 17:00
