Join Our Team as a Temporary Sales Assistant

Are you enthusiastic, customer-focused, with a positive attitude . We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Temporary Sales Assistant to join our team for an immediate start .

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy retail environment selling jewellery , assisting customers in finding the perfect pieces that make them feel special.

Central London

Contract Type:

Temporary/ part time (Immediate start until Christmas )

Hours:

Working at retail exhibitions and Christmas events . Part time , including weekends/some evenings. Flexible hours to be arranged .
Hourly rate: 15.00 to 25.00 depending upon experience.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service:

Creating a welcoming and luxurious experience for every visitor.

Driving sales:

Politely assisting customers with product selection and closing sales with confidence.

Maintaining the shop floor:

Ensuring displays are beautifully presented and tidy . Keeping packaging area tidy and stocked .

Handling transactions:

Processing sales and returns efficiently and accurately using our POS system.

Becoming a product expert:

Learning about our unique collections, materials, and craftsmanship to confidently advise customers.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets .

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

Experienced:

Previous retail or customer service experience is essential , jewellery or luxury sales experience is advantageous .

Passionate about sales:

A proactive approach to engaging customers and meeting targets.

A people person:

Intelligent, friendly, approachable and able to build rapport quickly.

Reliable , Flexible

and Punctual : Ready to hit the ground running and commit to the temporary period, including key trading days.

Immaculately presented:

Taking pride in your appearance and reflecting the premium nature of our brand.

Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail .

Ability to work consistently and effectively in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining composure.

Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately.
