We are seeking a cheerful, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis over the busy summer period. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of customers, take pride in delivering excellent service, and be adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach Provide knowledgeable advice on our souvenir and cashmere product ranges Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and well-presented store environment Assist with restocking and visual merchandising Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer-facing experience (minimum of 6 months preferred) Friendly and approachable manner with strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible - must be available to work weekends and evenings Ability to work in a busy retail environment and adapt quickly to customer needs
