Temporary Sales Executive (Christmas Season)
28,000 - 30,000 + Bonus
Multi-site role - Supporting all Simmons Bars with our Central Reservations Team

At Simmons, we don't just pour drinks - we pour the fun. With Christmas fast approaching, we're gearing up for the busiest (and booziest) time of year, and we're on the lookout for a Sales Executive who's ready to dive headfirst into the festive madness.
You'll be part of our central reservations team, looking after bookings across all Simmons Bars, helping make sure our guests get the party of their dreams - and then some.
This isn't a role for the faint-hearted. We want someone with hustle, charm, and a killer sales instinct - the kind of person who can turn a "maybe" into a "booked and paid" in minutes.
What You'll Be Doing

• Converting Christmas parties, karaoke sessions, and area bookings across all Simmons venues
• Turning "thinking about it" into "locked in" with lightning speed and personality
• Building relationships that keep guests coming back well into the new year
• Upselling drinks packages, experiences, and everything that makes a Simmons night special
• Working with the reservations team to smash group and venue sales targets
• Flying the Simmons flag with confidence, charm, and just the right amount of sass

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales or reservations experience (hospitality background a big plus!)
• Someone who thrives in the buzz of high-volume festive sales
• Confident on the phone - you're charismatic, quick-thinking, and never afraid to pick up and close the deal
• Organised and absolutely target-driven
• Juggles a busy inbox without ever dropping the customer experience
• Passionate about nightlife, cocktails, and unforgettable parties

This would be a head office based role in Central London - 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm , 5 days a week. ( Any weekend shifts are work from home)
