We are seeking a motivated and reliable Seasonal Associate to join our team during peak periods. Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are well-organised and products are correctly displayed
Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately during transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom areas
Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations
Help organise promotional displays and seasonal merchandise to enhance visual appeal
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, offering assistance where required
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe shopping environment for all
Experience
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are important for engaging with customers effectively
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities during busy periods
Organised with good attention to detail to ensure store standards are maintained
Flexibility to work during peak seasons, including weekends and holiday periods as required
