We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate School Nurses to join our team on a self-employed basis for temporary cover in London schools (primary and secondary). This is a great opportunity for nurses looking for flexible work and who enjoy working in school settings.
Responsibilities:
o? ?Provide day-to-day first aid and medical care to students and staff
o? ?Manage medical records and care plans
o? ?Administer medication as required
o? ?Use school systems such as CPOMS, SIMS, Outlook, G-Drive
o? ?Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies where appropriate
Requirements:
o? ?NMC Registered Nurse (Child, Adult or School Nursing background)
o? ?Previous experience in a school or child-focused setting is essential
o? ?Must be self-employed and hold valid professional indemnity insurance
o? ?Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
o? ?Confidence using digital school systems
