We are looking for temporary Seasonal baristas to our team in Blackburn, Aberdeenshire

to enable us to provide outstanding customers service to our customers. The role would require working various shifts Monday-Sunday, flexibility is key.

The position would be from 17/11/2025 until 11/01/2026 You will be required to work over the holiday periods including 24-26th Dec and 31st Dec/1st Jan.

The role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks' success by providing legendary customer service to all customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; discovering and responding to customers' needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers. Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those of cash handling, security and health & safety, to our customers and partners at all times.

Salary: 12.35 per hour

Expected hours: 16-24 per week
