MINISO is a lifestyle design-led business which has been enjoying huge growth across the globe since its inception in 2013. In just 12 years it operates in over 90 countries, with almost 5,000 stores worldwide.

We currently have over 50 stores in the UK, with several more store openings in 2025 and huge expansion plans over the next few years. This role is for a brand new store opening in November 2025 within Hammersmith Shopping Centre

Our Sales Assistants must be prepared to work within a fast-paced retail environment and hit the ground running whilst demonstrating the following skills;

Previous work experience preferred (but not essential)

Quick and eager to learn

Customer focused approach

The ability to work well within a team as well as using own initiative

Excellent communication skills

Flexible, dynamic, energetic, with a positive outlook

Passion for retail

Must be available to work weekends

expected end date 4th January 2026 with a potential for the role to be extended or become permanent.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
