Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely, while maintaining high standards of quality. They will also be required to carry out site work as required.

We require an immediate start.

The role is for one month with the opportunity for permanent work for the right candidate.

Cards-in or self-employed (must be CIS registered).

Duties

Responsible for scheduling, co-ordinating, and supervising the work of all site operatives. Ensuring all work is delivered safely on time and within budget along with managing equipment and materials required. Ensuring all Company and legal regulations are implemented, that all required documentation is completed as necessary and recording daily work on site. Creating work schedules for site operatives, labourers and subcontractors, being a go-between for construction workers and site manager and ensuring site workers are aware of their daily roles and jobs. To read and understand drawings and information and ensure that the Client's wishes are implemented on site. Ensure that all stakeholders comply with Health and Safety legislation. Ensure that all stakeholders comply with the Quality Management System. Maintain an organised, efficient, and professional site, ensuring all documentation is completed in line with company requirements. Keeping manager up to date on the project progress. Carry out other tasks on site as required.
